Broken Teeth

Broken or chipped teeth from accidents, eating or chewing and wear can leave your smile problematic aesthetically. Teeth that are broken or chipped can create other dental problems which is why broken or chipped teeth should be repaired as soon as possible.

For smaller chips and breaks we will most likely repair your tooth or teeth with a white filling. Should the break or chip be at the front or edge of the teeth and/or be visible when you smile, we will repair it with bonding. Bonding is a simple procedure where a composite resin is set in place on the tooth and shaped to fit flush with your other teeth and bite. The bonding will be colour matched to your other teeth. Once done you won't be able to feel where the missing piece of tooth was and no one will physically be able to tell either.
